The draft Albany-Schenectady-Troy, NY Air Quality Conformity Determination is now available for public review and comment prior to A/GFTC Policy Committee consideration for approval. The Conformity Determination addresses all transportation projects for 1997 ozone NAAQS in A/GFTC’s 2025-2030 TIP, A/GFTC’s 2045 Ahead Long Range Plan, Capital Region Transportation Council’s (CRTC) 2025-2030 Transportation Improvement Program and the New Visions 2050 Long Range Plan, and the Capital Program of Transportation Projects in Greene, Montgomery and Schoharie Counties. The Conformity Determination is available at this link.
