On Monday, February 27, there will be a presentation of the initial results of the Queensbury Adaptive Signal Control Technology Feasibility Study at 7:00 p.m. as part of the Town Board Meeting. This study examined the feasibility of new traffic signal control technology vs. traditional signal coordination for the Aviation/Quaker Road corridor. The Town of Lake George is requesting an amendment to the A/GFTC Transportation Improvement Program to add $250,000 for the Preliminary Engineering phase of an improvement project for NYS 9N from the Village boundary northward to Hearthstone Point campground.
